Robin Campos: Board Chair, Member since 2006 Oxnard Harbor District resident of Oxnard. 

 Married 25 years with 3 children.  Currently employed by the Oxnard Harbor District.  Born and raised in Ventura County.  Member of Kiwanis Club of Oxnard served on the Commission on Homelessness, Girl Scout leader.  Been a member of Miracle House Inc.

 

Joseph Babicki, Board Member, Treasurer,  Member Since 1995

Attended Washburn University in Topeka KS from 1965 thru 1968 and graduated with a BBA. Mr. Babicki worked for various companies and non-profit organizations in finance, information systems, internal auditing, etc.  Positions included Corporate Audit Manager for Sambo’s Restaurants and Director of Finance for the Central California franchise of Consumer Credit Counselors.
