An intensive residential treatment program in which women stay from 30 to 90 days. This program is open to women from all economic backgrounds. Sliding scale fees are based on clients income. During the first 30 days the women complete the traditional 12-step treatment program. The program consists of intensive primary counseling groups, individual counseling sessions, relapse prevention, family therapy, and 12-step meetings to help promote individual sobriety and abstinence. The last 60 days are spent transitioning back to the community via job searches, community involvement, and 12-step support. For those coming from outside Ventura County, a transition plan is developed with family and other organizations who reside in the community of choice.
